"Emily was awesome, she did so much more than regular realtors, she goes way beyond them. I had Williams relator who wasted three months of my time, one open house and said they would not help cause I had the house too high. I fired them and hired Emily, she sold it within two weeks with my price, and she still had an opened house in case this buyer fell through but they didn’t. I will always recommend Emily and will always use her."

"Extremely RUDE agent. She may have 17 years experience, but she has a horrible attitude. Do yourself a favor and pick ANYONE else. She's so Rude! Terrible on the telephone and even worse in person. She refused to show us the homes that we requested to see. Once we saw two (we wanted to see two others), she said that two was enough for us to make a decision. Geez.. If it was such a bother, I would have offered her gas money for her to get to those two other homes (which were less than 15 min away.) This agent was representing my group."

"I found Ms. Medvec to be an ideal and valuable real estate professional who was just that in every sense of the word. The process of selling in the midst of a pandemic in one of the worst hit zip codes in the state was stressful and at times highly aggravating, to say the least. Ms. Medvec was there for me at every step, providing clear, steady and invaluable insight, knowledge and guidance.
